Payment Policies
.Limited scholarships are available. You’ll have a chance to indicate your intent to apply for a scholarship on the registration form. Please note, no space can be held without the required deposit. To pay the balance after your deposit, you will choose one of three payment options:
1) Full payment by the due date, as follows:
- Full-year enrollments: July 1st
- Fall trimester only: July 1st
- Winter Trimester add-on: November 1
- Spring trimester only: February 1
2) For Full Year Participants Only: Automatic payments from a debit or credit card. Payments will be withdrawn on, or on the first business day after, these dates:
- To cover Fall trimester tuition: automatic payments made on July 1, Aug. 1, Sept. 1
- To cover Winter trimester tuition: automatic payments made on Oct 1, Nov 1
- To cover Spring trimester tuition: automatic payments made on Jan 1, Feb 1, March 1
3) For Full Year Participants Only: 3 proportional payments on these days:
- To cover Fall trimester tuition: July 1
- To cover Winter trimester tuition: November 1
- To cover Spring trimester tuition: February 1
If not paying in full up front, the exact amount of your payments will be determined with our Registrar during the enrollment process.
